当前,我国经济发展进入了增速换挡期,不断呈现新常态,提质增效、结构调整、简政放权等成为了我国政府改革工作的主旋律,财政专项资金是保证政府改革顺利实施的一项重要保障,因此加强财政专项资金管理十分具有现实意义。本文从阐述财政专项资金的概念以及加强财政专项资金管理的必要性出发,探究了我国财政专项资金管理存在的问题,并针对性的提出了解决对策。
