调查表明,长三角地区的就业市场急需兼具英语综合素质和市场技能的应用型商务英语人才,而独立学院的人才培养目标正是培养能够迅速适应就业市场需求的应用型人才,因此,对商务英语专业人才的培养要同时注重其知识的获取、素质的提高、能力的培养和应用技能的提升。以此为目标,本文构建了包含“理论学习、实践课程、仿真实训、顶岗实习”四个环节的独立学院应用型商务英语人才培养模式。
The survey shows that the employment market in the Yangtze River Delta is in urgent need of applied business English talents with comprehensive English qualifications and market skills. However, the goal of talent training in independent colleges is to cultivate applied talents who can quickly adapt to the needs of the job market. Therefore, At the same time, the cultivation of English professionals should pay attention to the acquisition of their knowledge, the improvement of their qualities, the cultivation of their abilities and the improvement of their applied skills. Taking this as the goal, this paper constructs an independent college mode of Applied Business English Talents Cultivation which contains four aspects of “theory study, practice course, simulation training and internship”.
