近日,长春市发生了一件给牛车、马车装尾灯的新鲜事。记者为此联系到了报道此事的《新文化报》记者李杨。她告诉记者,长春周边的畜力车有几万辆,机动车追尾畜力车的事故频频发生,于是他们想给畜力车装个“尾灯”(实际上就是贴一块白色反光膜),以减少交通事故。从目前试点情况看,效果很好,夜晚牛车、马车的“尾灯”在后面机动车灯光的照射下非常显眼,不仅保护牛车、马车的安全,也预防了机动车交通事故的发生。
