通过国家中医药管理局三级甲等中医院和全国示范中医院第一期建设验收,及七次获得上海市精神文明单位称号的上海中医药大学附属曙光医院,为适应市场经济体制与医疗卫生制度深化改革的形势,把握办院方向,在发扬中医药特色和优势方面又有新举措: 一是建设中医特色样板病区,选择肾炎、肝病、脾胃病、肛肠病等六个病区作为特色样板病区,由院部与有关主任一起拟订标准,实行目标管理,同时在医生配备、中药制剂供应、病种收治、业务指标、奖励等方面给予支持。通过样板病区建设,以点带面,在新的形势下探索发扬中医特色的新
