妊娠特异性β_1糖蛋白只存在于妊娠妇女血浆中的一种特异性蛋白质。自1971年西德Bohn首先从人胎盘中提纯出妊娠特异性β_1糖蛋白以来,各学者命名很不一致,但他们所描述的蛋白都相同,如:滋养叶特异性β糖蛋白(Trophoblast Specificbeta Glycoprotein TBG),妊娠特异性β_1糖蛋白(pregnance Specific β_1 Glycoprotein PSβG)(Schwangerschafts Spezifische β_1 GlykoproteinSP_1)及妊娠相关血浆蛋白C(Pregnancy Associatedplasma Protein C,PA PP-C)。本文采用妊娠特异性β_1糖蛋白(SP_1)这个术语。
Pregnancy-specific β 1 glycoprotein is a specific protein found only in the plasma of pregnant women. Since 1971, when Bohn first purified the pregnancy-specific β_1 glycoprotein from human placenta, the scholars named them very different, but all of them described the same proteins, such as Trophoblast Specificbeta Glycoprotein TBG ), Pregnancy-specific β_1 glycoprotein PSβG (Schwangerschafts Spezifische β_1 Glykoprotein SP_1) and pregnancy-associated plasma protein C (PA PP-C). This article uses the pregnancy-specific β 1 glycoprotein (SP_1) the term.
