The authors present a comprehensive analysis of the morphological and in situ histochemical studies of different types of cells in the normal human bone marrow microenvironment. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Ten normal bone marrow biopsies and 25 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma non-affected biopsies were infiltrated without decalcification and embedded in ethylene glycol-methacrylate (GMA).
