为积极应对今年第一季度节能降耗形势严峻的问题,全面掌握全州规模以上工业节能降耗情况,满足党政领导和有关部门决策需要,州统计局在努力搞准工业能源消耗统计数据的同时,按照州委主要领导的批示和要求,抽调州、县两级统计部门人员组成四个调查组,深入重点工业企业进行专项调查,全面了解各企业节能情况,寻求降耗措施。现对上半年全州规模以上工业节能降耗情况简要分析如下:
