1 前言未来变速箱发展趋势是自动换档,即能随着使用工况变化自动变换档位。人工手动换档取决于司机的技术水平,往往不能准确选择档位,使得发动机功率不能充分利用,也影响了燃料经济性,特别是对某些机械,例如铲运机,为了充份利用发动机功率,档位数已增至7~8个,人已很难正确地来选择档位。工程机械换档操作非常频繁,劳动强度大,而且在作业过程中换档,不仅要行走驾驶,还要操纵工作装置,分散了司机的注意力,增加了行走不安全的因素。
1 Foreword The development trend of the future gearbox is automatic gear shifting, that is, it can automatically shift gears as the operating conditions change. Manual manual shifting depends on the driver’s skill level and often cannot accurately select the gear position, making the engine power not fully utilized, and also affecting the fuel economy, especially for certain machines, such as scrapers, in order to fully utilize engine power. The number of gears has been increased to 7-8, and it is difficult for people to select the gears correctly. The shifting operation of construction machinery is very frequent, and the labor intensity is high. In addition, when shifting gears during the operation, not only walking and driving, but also manipulating working devices, distract the driver’s attention and increase the factors of walking insecurity.
