目的:观察复方缬沙坦(缬沙坦80mg/氢氯噻嗪12.5mg复方制剂)治疗中度原发性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析80例使用复方缬沙坦治疗的中度原发性高血压患者的临床资料。结果:规范用药6周后,80例高血压患者中显效46例,有效25例,无效9例,总有效率为92.5%。结论:用复方缬沙坦治疗中度原发性高血压降压效果显著,降压作用平稳,不良反应轻微,值得在各级医院推广使用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of compound valsartan (valsartan 80mg / hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg compound) in the treatment of moderate essential hypertension. Methods: The clinical data of 80 patients with moderate essential hypertension treated with compound valsartan were retrospectively analyzed. Results: After 6 weeks of standard medication, 46 of 80 hypertensive patients were markedly effective, 25 effective and 9 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 92.5%. Conclusion: The compound valsartan in the treatment of moderate essential hypertension has a significant antihypertensive effect, stable antihypertensive effect, mild adverse reactions, which are worth promoting in hospitals at all levels.
