近年,通过水利宣传,河北省全社会的水意识有所增强,水利系统广大干部职工对水利有了更深刻的认识。但是,这与全社会真正认识水利还有相当距离。我们要加强水利宣传,提高全社会对水利的认识。我们要通过广播、电视、报刊、网络宣传,通过在城乡街道树立栏牌、制定乡规民约,提高全社会对水利的认知度,提高水利在政府工作中的地位,将水利纳入政府责任目标。通过宣传,提高各级领导、公众以至全社会的水危机意识,让大家知道水多、水少、水脏是我省水的三大问题:突友性暴雨洪水仍是河北人民的心腹之患,严重影响着我省经济社会的安全;资源性干旱缺水是可持续发展的关键性制约因素,严重阻碍
In recent years, through water conservancy publicity, awareness of water throughout Hebei Province has been enhanced. Cadres and workers of the water conservancy system have gained a deeper understanding of water conservancy. However, there is still a long way to go before the whole society realizes water conservancy. We should step up publicity on water conservancy and raise the public awareness of water conservancy. We need to set up a pact on towns and villages through radio, television, newspapers and periodicals, and network propaganda. We should formulate a pact for township and village conventions, raise the awareness of water conservancy among the whole society, raise the status of water conservancy in government work, and incorporate water conservancy into the government’s responsibility aims. Through publicity, we should raise the awareness of the water crisis among leaders, the general public and even the whole society so that everyone knows that there is too much water, less water and dirty water. These are the three major problems in our province’s water.
