目的:了解离退休职工糖尿病的患病情况和影响因素,为糖尿病综合防治提供依据。方法:利用810名离退休职工体检资料,进行糖尿病与血脂、BMI、血压等疾病关联性分析。结果:该组离退休职工糖尿病现患率为13.58%,与高血压、高血脂和超重(BMI>24)有关联性。结论:离退休职工中糖尿病的现患率很高,有必要对离退休职工定期进行体检和健康教育干预,以减少和延缓糖尿病并发症的发生。
Objective: To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of diabetes in retired workers and provide the basis for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods: The data of 810 retired workers were used to analyze the relationship between diabetes, blood lipid, BMI, blood pressure and other diseases. Results: The current prevalence rate of retired workers in this group was 13.58%, which was associated with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and overweight (BMI> 24). Conclusion: The prevalence rate of diabetes in retired workers is very high. It is necessary to regularly retired medical staff for physical examination and health education intervention to reduce and delay the occurrence of diabetic complications.
