该著立足于制度正义,以人类文明历史进程为背景,结合中国现代化建设实际,从多学科交叉的角度,在“伦理”-“道德”的理论框架中,以制度公正为切入点,以制度有效供给为基本分析方法,从宏观的角度研究道德失范问题。作者关注的焦点不是制度公正的具体内容,而是在揭示制度公正建设对于克服社会日常生活中普遍存在的道德失范现象的意义。全书分为伦理实体、制度创新、法治世界和良序社会四大部分,从理论到实践、从现实到理想,系统阐述了正义视角下的道德失范及其纠正的愿景。
