本文采用经典恒温法分别对国内外两种硝酸甘油片进行了稳定性实验。结果表明进口片在崩解时限和贮存期两方面优于国产片。建议药厂除提高崩解时限外，还应改进其制造工艺和包装。
In this paper, the stability experiments of two nitroglycerin tablets at home and abroad were carried out respectively by classical thermostat method. The results showed that the imported tablets were superior to the domestic ones in terms of disintegration time and storage period. It is recommended that pharmaceutical companies should improve their manufacturing process and packaging besides improving the time limit for disintegration.
