用0.02%EDTA·PBS液10ml灌洗全肺10次可获得7.3±0.9×10~7个游离细胞,其洗出细胞的动态变化为:第3次洗出量最多,然后逐次下降,第5次到第10次洗出量基本不变;洗出的各类细胞构成比不随洗肺次数而改变。同样方法改用2mlEDTA·PBS液灌洗,则只洗出2.5±0.3×10~5个游离细胞,其洗出的细胞动态变化为;第3次为洗出高峰,然后依次下降,网状细胞份额随灌洗次数依次升高,“成熟”AM的份额则依次下降,大淋巴样细胞不随灌洗次数而改变。
