通过建立静态和动态面板数据模型,对国家级、省(市)级企业技术中心R&D投入要素与新产品销售收入的关系进行解析,实证测算出各R&D投入要素对新产品销售收入的产出弹性。研究发现:政府R&D资金投入、企业自身R&D资金投入、高级技术职称人员和其他R&D人员对创新产出的正向影响显著;企业增加自有资金在总的R&D资金中的比重和加强其他R&D人员的培养与激励有利于促进创新产出;当期新产品销售收入的实现能有效促进研发和技术创新;国家级企业技术中心重视基础研究,注重长期发展,省(市)级企业技术中心对于新产品销售收入的依赖程度高;国家级企业技术中心各R&D投入要素的投入产出效率更高。并据此提出若干对策建议。
Through the establishment of static and dynamic panel data model, the relationship between R & D investment and new product sales revenue of national, provincial (city) level enterprise technology center is analyzed and the output elasticity of each R & D input element to new product sales income is measured empirically .
