随着我国经济的高速发展,中国一些企业在履行社会责任方面存在着一系列的问题,直接影响到企业的发展壮大和经济转型提升步伐的加快,因此,我们应提升企业社会责任意识,增强企业社会责任感;完善社会责任立法,加大企业社会责任奖惩力度;建立社会信誉制度,发挥企业社会责任软实力的作用;注重发展约束主体,强化消费者选择约束;完善职工参与机制,健全企业治理结构,从而促进我国企业社会责任的有效履行。
