目的 :观察高血压病患者用福辛普利治疗前后血浆神经肽 Y( NPY)、神经降压素 ( NT)含量的变化 ,探讨它们在高血压病发病中的作用及福辛普利对其影响。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法对 46例高血压病患者福辛普利治疗前后血浆 NPY及 NT水平进行测定 ,并与正常对照组进行对比分析。结果 :高血压病患者治疗前的基础血浆 NPY水平显著高于对照组 ,而 NT水平显著较对照组为低。高血压患者经福辛普利治疗后 ,在收缩压与舒张压均明显降低的同时 ,NPY水平明显下降。结论 :NPY及 NT活性改变可能在高血压的发生发展中起一定作用 ,福辛普利的降压作用可能有减少 NPY分泌因素的参与。
Objective: To observe the changes of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neurotensin (NT) levels in patients with essential hypertension before and after treatment with fosinopril, and to explore the role of fosinopril in the pathogenesis of hypertension. influences. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine plasma NPY and NT levels in 46 hypertensive patients before and after treatment with fosinopril, and compared with the normal control group. Results: The plasma NPY level before treatment in hypertensive patients was significantly higher than that in the control group, while NT level was significantly lower than that in the control group. Hypertension patients treated with fosinopril, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower, while NPY levels decreased significantly. CONCLUSION: The changes of NPY and NT activity may play a role in the development of hypertension. The antihypertensive effect of fosinopril may reduce the involvement of NPY secretion factors.
