本试验肯定了以连代驯化法培育的蓖麻蚕休眠蛹的鲜蛹体重和干物质、脂肪、总糖含量明显高于同品种不休眠的正常蛹,而水分及蛋白质含量降低,它在营养代谢等方面表现出一系列与天然休眠昆虫相同的特征.提示了用连代模拟深秋环境诱导休眠方法的可行性.
This experiment affirmed that the pupal body weight, dry matter, fat and total sugar content of dormancy pupae cultivated by successive generation domestication were significantly higher than those of the normal pupae without dormancy, while the content of water and protein decreased, Metabolism and other aspects showed a series of the same characteristics with the natural dormant insects.It is suggested that using even generation to simulate the feasibility of late spring induced dormancy method.
