本文研究了应用ICP-MS法测定钢铁中微量杂质元素(As、Sn、Sb、Pb、Bi)的实验方法。考察了内标元素,试样溶解介质、酸度,分离、富集条件,样品基体等因素对测定结果的影响。用数学公式校正HCI对测定As的干扰。实验结果表明,用硝酸或王水溶解样品,In为内标元素,数学校正消除谱线及非谱线干扰,按此方法测定标准钢样中上述微量杂质元素所得结果与推荐值相吻合,RSD小于8%,可直接进行钢铁样品中"五害"元素的分析。
In this paper, the experimental method for the determination of trace impurity elements (As, Sn, Sb, Pb, Bi) in steel by ICP-MS was studied. The effects of internal standard elements, sample dissolution medium, acidity, separation, enrichment conditions, sample matrix and other factors on the determination results were investigated. Use mathematical formulas to correct the interference of HCI in the determination of As. The experimental results show that the sample is dissolved with nitric acid or aqua regia, and In is the internal standard element. The calibration and elimination of the spectral line and the non-spectral line are corrected by the mathematical calibration. The results obtained from the determination of trace impurities in the standard steel sample by this method are consistent with the recommended values. Less than 8%, can be directly in the steel sample “five harmful” element analysis.
