履带台车重心位置作为影响自身性能的重要因素,对提高履带台车行驶和工作下的稳定性能发挥着重要作用。为深入研究不同重心位置给履带台车工作性能带来的影响,以车辆地面力学理论、多刚体建模理论为基础,通过建立履带台车动力学模型,然后以GLCS16-2型号的台车参数作为输入,利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型,从而对模型进行验证。通过仿真实验结果看出,当履带台车中心位置高度在1.1m的时候,履带台车振动幅度最小,此时台车越稳定。
As an important factor affecting the performance of crawler trolley, the center of gravity of crawler trolley plays an important role in improving the stability of crawler trolley when driving and working. In order to further study the influence of different center of gravity on the working performance of crawler trolley, the dynamic model of crawler trolley is established based on the theory of vehicle ground mechanics and multi-rigid body modeling. Then, with the parameters of trolley of GLCS16-2 As input, the simulation model was built using AMESim software to validate the model. The simulation results show that when the height of track trolley center is 1.1m, the vibration amplitude of track trolley is the smallest, and the more stable the trolley at this time.
