The idea of “putting people first” was put forward 70 years ago in the West, nearly 10 years in China’s business community, and in China in recent years. “People-oriented” should take into account the “resource” and “human nature.” 70 years ago, a group of management scholars first proposed the concept of “people-oriented” in the West. They changed the behavior of people in view of technology, process and organizational structure. They changed the single obedience of people and organizations in the past, created the symbiosis between the organization and people, and established the mutual psychological satisfaction among shareholders, customers and employees. Common values create consistency. The education we received at the university 20 years ago fully emphasized the individual’s obedience and contribution to the organization.
