本文将橡胶沥青类型分为拌和型AR(b)与喷洒型AR(p)两类,室内通过对喷洒型橡胶沥青AR(b)试验分析,研究了不同基质沥青种类、橡胶粉来源、橡胶粉掺量、橡胶粉细度及储存时间对喷洒型橡胶沥青性能的影响。通过分析可知,基质沥青种类对喷洒型橡胶沥青性能影响不大,橡胶粉来源、掺量、细度及橡胶沥青的储存时间对喷洒型橡胶沥青性能影响较大。喷洒型橡胶沥青加工生产前,应对胶粉来源、掺量及细度进行室内试验,根据使用范围确定最佳配方;加工后应对橡胶沥青储存时间进行监测,防止指标随储存时间衰减过大,影响橡胶沥青使用性能。参照国内外橡胶沥青相关技术指标,结合试验结果与工程经验,并提出了喷洒型橡胶沥青的应用范围、关键技术指标与质量控制要求。
