“只有创新思维,我们才能登高望远,把握市场经济的大趋势;只有更新观念,我们才能与时俱进,成就公司规划的大目标”,2006年7月26日,在中铁十四局集团五公司第二次党代会上,公司董事长、党委书记张砚伦重点阐述了创新立业的观点。在建设创新型企业的过程中,五公司“虚功实做”,实现了企业管理、科技攻关、选人用人等各个层面的创新和发展。
