目前,超市已经成为零售行业的主要力量,特别在日用品以及食品零售等方面,超市早已是每一个市民生活中不可少的一部分。本文针对超市存在的环境差,布局不合理,服务不到位等现象,利用设施规划与布局结合人因工程等相关理论主要对超市商品和货架的布局、顾客购物的流程进行改善,给顾客带来一个良好的购物环境,开心消费,同时尽量使顾客浏览过超市每一个商品,从而提高剩余价值。
