1998年1月10日上午11时30分,张家口市发生6.2级地震。中国建筑技术研究院与中国城市规划设计研究院等受建设部的委托,派出工作组赴河北张北县执行“抗震救灾,重建家园”的使命,承担了张北部分受灾乡村的震后重建的规划设计任务。经过几个月的紧张而又细致的工作,目前两院已经作出了各自的规划方案,本期刊登的是两院所作方案中的大河乡胡家村、油篓沟乡油篓沟村方案。
