今年4月份,国内50余家企业集团的首脑,包括国营和民营的集团,齐聚一堂,出席了在天津经济技术开发区召开的“企业集团发展战略及管理现代化”研讨会。由国家经贸委、国家科委和全国工商联主办的这一研讨会,是为了促进企业实现“两个转变”,落实“抓大放小”的方针和进一步推进我国大公司、大集团战略而召开的。我作为协办单位的负责人,参加了这次集会,聆听首长和集团首脑的发言,可谓收益匪浅。
