本文通过工程实例及含与不含三乙醇胺的负温外加剂掺入混凝土以后混凝土的物理力学性能的对比试验,验证了三乙醇胺在负温混凝土中的作用与效果。同时综合运用红外光谱的分析结果和对水泥石断口颜色变化的观察结果,论证了三乙醇胺在水化过程中生成的是三乙醇胺铁、铝的络合物的观点。并从这一观点出发阐明了三乙醇胺能提高水泥石的早期和后期强度及混凝土受冻后又转入正温时能显著增加后期强度的作用机理。
In this paper, the engineering experiments and the comparison of physical and mechanical properties of concrete mixed with negative triethanolamine-containing negative temperature admixtures have verified the effect and effect of triethanolamine in negative temperature concrete. At the same time, using the analysis results of infrared spectroscopy and the observation of the change in the color of the fractured cement stone, the viewpoint of the formation of triethanolamine iron and aluminum complexes during the hydration process of triethanolamine was demonstrated. From this point of view, it is clarified that triethanolamine can increase the early and late strength of cement stone, and the mechanism of significant increase of late strength when concrete is frozen and then transferred to positive temperature.
