文章采用分组测试法了解太极拳运动对中年女性知识分子体质的影响。结果表明:长期进行太极拳锻炼可以改善中年女性知识分子的体质状况,包括降低体脂率,改善心肺机能,对提高中年女性知识分子的上肢力量,躯干、腰、髋部柔韧性素质以及平衡能力具有一定的促进作用。
The article uses grouping test to understand the influence of Taijiquan on middle-aged women’s intellectuals. The results showed that long-term Taijiquan exercise can improve physical condition of middle-aged female intellectuals, including reducing body fat percentage, improving heart and lung function, improving middle-aged female intellectuals’ upper limb strength, torso, waist and hip flexibility, Balance ability has a certain role in promoting.
