在研究了杏树气孔日开张规律的基础上,进行了几种抗蒸腾剂在杏树上的作用效果的试验。结果表明:杏气孔最大开张度的出现时间为上午10:00—11:00;10~(-2)M的亚硫酸氢钠、氯化钙、醋酸、8—羟基喹啉从喷后第二天起三天内均显著抑制气孔开张;亚硫酸氢钠、氯化钙和农用矮壮素对蒸腾有明显抑制作用,可使蒸腾下降22~28%,且浓度越高,蒸腾下降越多。与对照相比,三种药剂均能显著提高叶水势。
Based on the study of the opening regularity of apricot tree stomata, the effects of several antitranspirants on almond trees were tested.
