针对当前我院会计毕业生实际应用能力较差现象,通过对若干用人单位,以及已经毕业的部分同学的调研,对我院的办学方法和理念提出了一些有益的启示:要办好有特色的会计专业,应从课程教材选用、师资队伍建设、专业教学方式的改革等一系列方面的问题着手,从培养学生独立思考能力,主动求知扩大知识面能力,以及会计专业业务技能的操作能力上下功夫,以达到全面培养熟悉会计业务,独立从事会计工作和较高的职业道德水平的经济工作者。
Aiming at the current poor practical application ability of accounting graduates in our hospital, this article gives some beneficial enlightenment to our school’s teaching methods and concepts through the investigation of a number of employers and some graduated students: To have a good and unique Accounting major, we should start with a series of questions such as the selection of teaching materials, construction of teaching staff and the reform of professional teaching methods. From the aspects of training students’ ability of independent thinking, taking the initiative to know the ability of expanding knowledge and the ability of operation of accounting professional business skill, In order to fully cultivate familiar with the accounting business, independent accounting work and high level of professional ethics of economic workers.
