本文论述了间歇式发酵过程自动控制的现状与发展,其中包括发酵过程的顺序控制、反馈控制和最优及自适应控制。同时,着重讨论了补料、溶解氧、pH和CO_2控制的各自特点和存在的问题。对最优和自适应控制的方法也做了一般性论述。此外,提出了次优性的启发式模式控制的方法。最后,根据我国微生物发酵工业控制水平的现状,提出了加快发展其自动化步伐的对策和设想。
This article discusses the status quo and development of the automatic control of batch fermentation process, including the order of the fermentation process control, feedback control and optimal and adaptive control. At the same time, the characteristics and problems of feeding, dissolved oxygen, pH and CO 2 control are discussed emphatically. A general discussion of the optimal and adaptive control methods is also given. In addition, a method of suboptimal heuristic mode control is proposed. Finally, according to the status quo of microbial fermentation industry control in our country, the countermeasures and ideas for accelerating the pace of its automation are put forward.
