D半乳糖或DL苯丙氨酸分别经腹腔及半球后注射,均可诱发大鼠产生白内障。我们在实验中发现,半乳糖按每日每公斤体重腹腔注射30克或更多些,则在17天或更短时间内可百分之百的产生白内障,而且其各时期均不可逆转。我们还观察了混浊出现的时间及进展情况,并对不同时期晶状体的形态及病理改变进行了检查。
D galactose or DL phenylalanine respectively after intraperitoneal and hemispheric injection, can induce cataract in rats. We found in the experiment that galactose injected intraperitoneally at a dose of 30 grams per kilogram of body weight or more per day could produce 100% cataracts in 17 days or less and that it was not reversible at all times. We also observed the time and progress of opacity, and examined the morphological and pathological changes of the lens in different periods.
