阿维A为二代芳香维甲酸制剂,临床常用于治疗银屑病,近年来国内有文献报道其不良反应,现摘要如下。1肝损害男,50岁。因银屑病给予阿维A胶囊30 mg/d口服,1周后增至40 mg,用药前患者肝功能正常,治疗20 d后,患者自觉乏力、纳差、腹胀、肝区不适。查肝功示:ALT 13 936.1 nkat/L,AST
