目的:考察不同加工方法杭白菊的红外光谱,找出红外谱图的特征,以期能够指导实际生产。方法:利用现代红外光谱技术,结合中药材红外光谱三级鉴定理论,在对谱图进行小波消噪的基础上,分析不同加工方法杭白菊的红外原谱、二阶导数谱及二维相关谱,提取红外谱图特征。结果:不同加工方法(硅胶干燥、蒸晒、微波干燥、气流微波干燥)杭白菊的红外原谱、二阶导数谱及二维相关谱谱图的特征明显。气流微波干燥与传统蒸晒法谱图特征性接近。结论:红外光谱技术可以从宏观上区别不同加工方法的杭白菊,可用来作为一种指导杭白菊加工生产的宏观分析方法。
Objective: To investigate the infrared spectrum of Chrysanthemum morifolium in different processing methods and find out the characteristics of infrared spectrum in order to guide actual production. Methods: Using modern infrared spectroscopy technology, combined with the three-level identification theory of infrared spectroscopy of Chinese herbal medicines, on the basis of wavelet denoising of spectra, the infrared spectroscopy, second derivative spectrum and two-dimensional correlation spectrum of different processing methods were analyzed. , extract infrared spectrum features. RESULTS: The infrared spectra, second derivative spectra and two-dimensional correlation spectra of Chrysanthemum morifolium had distinct characteristics in different processing methods (silica gel drying, evaporation drying, microwave drying, and air-flow microwave drying). Airflow microwave drying is similar to the traditional evaporation method. Conclusion: Infrared spectroscopy can distinguish macroscopically different processing methods of Chrysanthemum morifolium, which can be used as a macro-analysis method to guide the processing of Chrysanthemum morifolium.
