采用体外溶血试验方法,观察了葡萄糖酸锌(ZnG)对溶血作用的影响。结果显示,ZnG与红细胞共孵后能抑制石英的溶血作用,且存在剂量反应关系,这说明ZnG具有保护细胞膜的作用。本研究为寻找最佳给锌剂量及其作用机制提供了科学依据。
In vitro hemolysis test was used to observe the effect of zinc gluconate (ZnG) on hemolysis. The results showed that incubation of ZnG with erythrocytes inhibited the hemolysis of quartz and there was a dose-response relationship, indicating that ZnG can protect the cell membrane. This study provides a scientific basis for finding the best zinc dose and its mechanism of action.
