改革开放以来,我国的非公有制经济发展迅速,但在发展过程中,建立在雇佣劳动基础上的劳资双方的矛盾也日益突出,其原因是各种各样的。为了更加深刻地认识这些问题,有必要从市场经济的角度以及我国非公有制经济所处的社会历史阶段两个方面对之进行分析,这将有助于我们对这些问题从宏观上把握并找到更有效的解决方法。文章从雇佣劳动关系的产生到终止对现状作了描述,并从市场经济及其运行环境这两个角度对现存问题的原因进行了探析。
Since the reform and opening up, the non-state-owned economy in our country has been developing rapidly. However, during the course of development, the contradictions between the employers and employees based on the wage-earning work have also become increasingly prominent for various reasons.
