作为民航“八五”计划通信建设最大的项目,也是中国民航通信建设史上最大的建设工程,中国民航专用卫星地面通信网工程,经国际招标,由美国休斯网络系统公司中标。整个工程包括97个小型话音地面卫星站(TES)和97个小型数据地面卫星站(PES),有两个128K出站信道,四个128K入站信道,并包括一个网络控制中心。进口设备合同金额共计为15.6385亿元(约为1500多万美元,加上国内配套费用人民币8200多万元,整个工程投资达2亿多人民币。合同于1994
As the largest civil aviation “eighth five-year plan” communications construction project, is also the largest construction project in the history of civil aviation communications in China, the Chinese civil aviation satellite ground communications network project, the international tender, the United States Hughes Network Systems Corporation won the bid. The entire project included 97 small voice terrestrial satellite stations (TES) and 97 small data terrestrial satellite stations (PES), two 128K outbound channels, four 128K inbound channels, and a network control center. The total amount of imported equipment contracted was 156.853 million yuan (approximately US$15 million, plus domestic supporting fees of more than 82 million yuan, and the entire project invested more than 200 million yuan. The contract was signed in 1994.
