病毒性脑炎可由多种病毒引起,由肠道病毒所致的较为少见。本文就我院1973年收治的经病毒分离证实的9例作一简要报导。一、一般资料: 本组病例男7例,女2例。年龄最小2岁,最大8岁,婴幼儿占多数。地区分布:郊区6例,外县3例。发病月份:4月、5月各2例,6、7、8月各1例,9月3例。病程最短5小时,最长40天,大多数在5天以内。二、临床症状与体征:表1、表2 1.起病方式:急骤发病占多数(7例)。 2.前驱症状:表现为烦躁,上呼吸道卡他,腹泻,肢体无力。 3.发热:全部病例均有发热,介于38～
Viral encephalitis can be caused by a variety of viruses, caused by enteroviruses is less common. This article was admitted to our hospital in 1973 confirmed by virus isolation of 9 cases for a brief report. First, the general information: This group of 7 males and 2 females. Youngest 2 years old, up to 8 years old, infants and young children accounted for the majority. Regional distribution: 6 cases in rural areas, 3 cases in other counties.
