风洞天平校准过程步骤多,且影响校准结果的因素多,通常采用的事后检验结果的方法难以确保校准结果数据质量。为了确保校准结果质量,运用过程控制方法,分析风洞天平校准过程,对影响校准结果数据质量的关键环节提出了具体的控制要求和控制措施,并且编制了专用校准软件程序实现对校准过程的控制,把风洞天平校准由事后检验结果改变为事前控制过程。应用结果表明:在风洞天平校准中应用过程控制方法达到了确保校准过程受控、提高校准数据质量和工作效率的预期效果。
There are many steps in the calibration process of wind tunnel balance, and many factors affect the calibration result. Usually, it is difficult to ensure the data quality of the calibration result by the method of ex post facto test. In order to ensure the quality of the calibration results, the method of process control is used to analyze the calibration process of wind tunnel balance. Specific control requirements and control measures are put forward to the key links that affect the quality of the calibration data. A special calibration software program is developed to control the calibration process , The wind balance calibration by the post-test results change to the pre-control process. The application results show that the application of process control in the calibration of wind tunnel balance achieves the expected results of ensuring that the calibration process is controlled and improving the calibration data quality and work efficiency.
