无极县是著名的剪纸艺术之乡,位于河北省石家庄市,无极剪纸盛行于明清时期,是第一批通过的石家庄市非物质文化遗产之一,华北平原中部地区的民间传统文化之一。无极剪纸作为非物质文化遗产是值得我们认真对待与研究的,本文的写作旨在对无极剪纸艺术进行著作权保护研究,提出一条符合无极剪纸的可持续发展道路,让无极剪纸的发展在法律的保护下更加健康的发展。当前国家积极倡导发展文化产业,挖掘文化资源,这为无极剪纸的发展提供了政策保障。[1]
