国际工程承包企业在开展跨国业务时,由于与东道国的文化存在诸多差异导致文化冲突,因此工程项目难以顺利进行。本文基于文化冲突的视角,对中资承包商在老挝某大型水电站项目的跨文化管理进行分析。首先分析文化冲突的外在表现形式,并对产生文化冲突的原因进行探究,随后回顾国际上对于文化冲突处理模式的主要研究成果,在Adler理论基础上提出解决工程项目管理中的文化冲突的策略。
When contracting enterprises in international projects carry out cross-border business, cultural conflicts are caused by many differences with the host country’s culture, so that the project can not be smoothly carried out. Based on the perspective of cultural conflict, this article analyzes the cross-cultural management of Chinese contractors in a large hydropower project in Laos. First of all, it analyzes the external manifestations of cultural conflicts and explores the causes of cultural conflicts. Then it reviews the major international research results on cultural conflicts and puts forward strategies to solve the cultural conflicts in project management based on Adler’s theory .
