针对一种PVA纤维双卧轴搅拌器,利用Fluent软件对其内部流场进行数值模拟,分析了在梯形搅拌叶片作用下搅拌器内流场的湍流强度以及速度分布情况,对比分析了不同搅拌转速对流场分布规律的影响。结果表明,减小搅拌叶片间距和减小搅拌轴轴距均可增大流场的湍流强度,有助于纤维的分散;搅拌转速在650 r/min左右时,搅拌器分散效率最高。为纤维分散的流场特性研究及搅拌结构的优化提供一定参考价值。
A kind of PVA fiber twin-shaft stirrer was used to simulate its internal flow field with Fluent software. The turbulent intensity and velocity distribution of the flow field in the agitator under the effect of trapezoidal stirring blade were analyzed. The effects of different stirring speed Effect on the distribution of flow field. The results show that decreasing the distance between the stirring blades and decreasing the wheelbase can increase the turbulence intensity of the flow field and contribute to the dispersion of the fibers. When the stirring speed is about 650 r / min, the stirrer dispersion efficiency is the highest. It provides some reference value for studying the flow field characteristics of fiber dispersion and optimizing the stirring structure.
