一般都将双V型块杠杆夹紧机构归类于典型的定心夹紧机构,实际上它并不属于定心机构。从图1可以明显看出,在它完成夹紧行程的运动过程中,由于工件定位尺寸的变化,只能保证工件的中心在一个确定的对称轴线X—x上,而不能保证工件的中心在对称轴线上的某一固定点上,故仅起对中作用,而不具定心功能。如果加工表面尺寸仅与对称轴线有关,则不会产生定位误差;如果加工表面尺寸与中心(点)有牵连,则产生定位误兰,这个误差来源于工件基准位移。
Usually double V block lever clamping mechanism is classified as a typical centering clamping mechanism, in fact it does not belong to the centering mechanism. It can be clearly seen from Figure 1 that during its movement to complete the clamping stroke, the center of the workpiece can only be guaranteed to be on a defined axis of symmetry X-x due to changes in the positioning dimensions of the workpiece without guaranteeing that the center of the workpiece is at Symmetry axis of a fixed point, it only played a role in the center, but not with the heart function. If the machining surface size is only related to the axis of symmetry, there will be no positioning error; if the machining surface size and the center (point) are implicated, there will be positioning error, this error comes from the workpiece displacement.
