工程项目管理是建设单位控制工程造价的一个重要环节。从项目的建议书到项目决策最终到工程竣工、交付使用为止的全过程管理。笔者结合自己的工作经验,对工程项目管理程序及方法给出一些建议。
Project management is the construction unit to control an important part of project cost. From the project proposal to the project decision-making to the completion of the project, the delivery of the entire process of management. The author combines his own work experience, and gives some suggestions on the project management procedures and methods.
