工程项目管理是建设单位控制工程造价的一个重要环节。从项目的建议书到项目决策最终到工程竣工、交付使用为止的全过程管理。笔者结合自己的工作经验,对工程项目管理程序及方法给出一些建议。

Project management is the construction unit to control an important part of project cost. From the project proposal to the project decision-making to the completion of the project, the delivery of the entire process of management.
