目的:研究睾丸酮对小鼠脑缺血损伤后神经元和星形胶质细胞(AST)凋亡的影响。方法:采用免疫组化法,观察切除睾丸及补充睾丸酮后小鼠脑缺血损伤后星形胶质细胞凋亡情况。结果:正常对照组没有细胞凋亡出现。睾丸切除+睾丸酮治疗组、脑缺血损伤组、睾丸切除+脑缺血损伤组、睾丸切除+脑缺血损伤+睾丸酮治疗组均检测到细胞凋亡。以上各组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:睾丸酮对小鼠脑缺血损伤后神经元和星形胶质细胞的凋亡作用不明显。
Objective: To study the effects of testosterone on neuronal and astrocyte (AST) apoptosis after cerebral ischemia in mice. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the apoptosis of astrocytes after cerebral ischemia in mice after testis and testosterone resection. Results: There was no apoptosis in the normal control group. Testis and testosterone treatment group, cerebral ischemia injury group, orchidectomy + cerebral ischemia injury group, orchidectomy + cerebral ischemia injury testosterone group were detected apoptosis. The difference between the above groups and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Testosterone has no significant effect on apoptosis of neurons and astrocytes after cerebral ischemia in mice.
