竞争就是人才的竞争,只有拥有合格和优秀的人才,才可能在竞争中立于不败之地。加强员工培训,是增强竞争能力的重要举措。在员工培训体系设计思路与流程设计的基础上,本文根据不同的员工层次设计了员工培训方案。
Competition is talent competition, and only qualified and talented people can compete in an invincible position. Strengthening staff training is an important measure to enhance competitiveness. Based on staff training system design ideas and process design, this paper designed employee training programs according to different employee levels.
