目前,我国对财政支出和收入的监督管理制度还不健全,措施不力。因此,加强财政性资金的监管,提高资金运行效率和使用效益是当前面临的重要课题。财政部门应积极转变工作理念,进一步加强对财政资金的监管力度。
At present, the system of supervision and administration of fiscal expenditure and income in our country is still not perfect and the measures are not effective.
