在构建社会主义和谐社会的新局面下,高职院校共青团组织面临的问题主要是团员意识淡薄,班级团支部工作开展得不令人满意,在广大团员同学中的形象和影响力下降,团支部的凝聚力不强,等等。要解决这些问题,广大团员干部必须加强理论学习,转变工作思路,加强学生社团的管理、指导,发挥社团的积极作用。
