白细胞介素18作为一种新近发现的细胞因子,除具有诱导γ干扰素生成能力外,还广泛参与了固有免疫和适应性免疫调节,在胚胎种植、生理妊娠和病理妊娠的发生发展中具有一定作用。在妊娠早期,通过调节子宫局部自然杀伤细胞的活性,影响蜕膜血管重建和胎盘形成,参与了胚胎种植;妊娠过程中通过与不同的细胞因子协同,影响Th1/Th2平衡,将妊娠导向不同的结局:正常分娩、自然流产、妊娠高血压综合征等。将白细胞介素18的结构特点、生物学作用及其与妊娠发生发展的关系作一综述。
Interleukin 18, as a recently discovered cytokine, has been widely involved in innate immunity and adaptive immunomodulation in addition to its ability to induce the production of gamma interferon, and has certain features in the development of embryo implantation, physiologic pregnancy and pathological pregnancy effect. In the first trimester of pregnancy, it participates in embryo implantation by regulating the activity of natural killer cells in the uterus, affecting the decidual vascular remodeling and placenta formation. During pregnancy, synergism with different cytokines influences the balance of Th1 / Th2, Outcomes: normal delivery, spontaneous abortion, pregnancy-induced hypertension and so on. The structural characteristics, biological role of interleukin 18 and its relationship with the development of pregnancy are reviewed.
