用三联疫苗造成小鼠中毒，观察了７１６合剂对其耳廓微循环和胃、小肠血管壁通透性的影响。在此基础上分析探讨了７１６合剂的作用机制，结果表明：其对中毒所及的耳廓细动脉、细静脉口径变化和胃、小肠血管壁通透性升高有非常显著的拮抗作用。
Mice were poisoned with triple vaccine and the effects of 716 mixture on auricular microcirculation and permeability of gastric and intestinal vascular walls were observed. On this basis, the mechanism of action of 716 mixture was analyzed and analyzed. The results showed that it has a very significant antagonistic effect on the diameter of auricular arterioles and fine veins and the increase of permeability of gastric and intestinal vascular walls.
